This day was a quiet memorial day for us. We thought Tommy's family was going to be here with us but they had to head back home early from our weekend. We thought it would be fun to take a bike ride. We went to the cemetery. We always love taking bike rides there just because it is so peaceful. We were amazed by all the flags. It was a nice reminder to be grateful for all the men and women that serve and fight for our freedom and for our country. I am grateful for all but mostly for those friends and family that I hold close to my heart. We are so lucky and grateful. We did some cleaning around the house and in the evening went bowling with Courtney. It was a simple day but a lot of fun. Its always nice to have an extra day off to enjoy.
