Taxes Suck!

If your like me than you hate taxes. They just suck. They suck even more when you have to pay after getting your taxes done. This is the first year this has happened and it makes me so sad. So to make a long story short here is some advice. If you work at more than 1 job make sure you only claim the amount you want at one of them. We got screwed working more than 1 place. We were so sad to find out how much we had to pay. Our savings that we have been working hard at would almost be gone when we add our tax dues and our school fees. We are trying so hard to get our schooling done quickly. This means that we don't get help or grants if we go more than 2 semesters a year. We have all our classes set up and ready to start classes in the spring. I had a thought though. We could have a very enjoyable summer, a long break, and be ready to tackle a hard semester and actually still have some what of a savings. After some thought Tommy and I decided it would be best if we take a semester off so that we could be more prepared. I have to say this news made me soooo happy. As much as it is great to learn and great to get closer to that degree school can be so much work and so stressful. I am so excited to think of week trips, Saturdays, Beach days, vacations, etc homework free for the next few months. It is going to be so nice for us. Okay not completely free. We will still be taking a class but it will be so much easier than what it has been. We have gone so hard and it will be nice to have this break. It makes me so happy.
