Temple Night

So since Tommy and I got married we made it a goal to go to the temple together no matter what each month. I am proud to say we have stuck to this goal and we have been blessed because of it. The temple is such a peaceful place. It feels good to go there and be away from everything in the world. You are able to have time to think, ponder, and pray. I love how quiet it is there and how peaceful I feel inside. With life being so crazy sometimes it is hard to remember what is most important in life but when I am in the temple I am reminded everything how special my family is and that we have the chance to be together forever. It brings me so much peace and joy. I had a blonde moment and was thinking we weren't gonna make it to the temple in time because the month was almost over. Well I was a week off but hey we got to the temple before the end of the month so that was good. Every time we go to the temple we just feel proud of ourselves for sticking to our goal and we are able to feel so much joy and happiness. I feel so lucky that we have a beautiful temple in Redlands that we can get to within 30 minutes driving.
