Date night

Yesterday Tommy and I had a much needed date night. We have been so good about only eating out once a week on our date night. My mom made us a beautiful comforter/quilt for Christmas and we still haven't found sheets that we really loved to go with it. We have been using our old ones which don't match and it drives me a little crazy. I really like things to match. So  first we went to chipotle. One of our favorites. Tommy has been wanting it all week but I made him wait. I got a coupon for h&m for $6 free so that was fun to pick something out. Got a shirt for $4. Def my favorite kind of shopping. We planned to go look for sheets. We have had such a hard time finding some we both really like. I wanted something cute to go with our comforter and tommy was set on something super soft and comfy. If you haven't gone looking for sheets in a while most of the cute ones are not soft. So I have to give that up. So I was set on black. Even finding black sheets are really hard to do. Tommy wanted a high thread count but we didn't want to spend a ridiculous amount. We finally found some for a descent price. They were only $23 for 550 thread count which is not bad at all. They were on clearance. To top it off we got the coolest down blanket for even more comfort. It has a side for him and a side for her. One side is more fluffy and warm and the other side is more flat and sleeps way cooler. This may seem like a small thing but we both were so excited to come home and try out our new stuff.  We both love it and had a great nights sleep. It's so fun that my husband loves shopping and loves picking stuff out for our house and room. We have a lot of fun together. One of he best date nights in a long time for sure.
