Im slacking on my blog for sure!

life has been great and busy and I sure have been slacking on the blog. I need to be better even if its just once a month at this point. a quick recap. We have been doing lots of projects around the house, kitchen, bathroom, garage, backyard just to name a few. It has been a lot of work and a lot of fun. We are so blessed to have my parents close to help us and also my dad has so many tools for us to use it has been nice. Here is a quick picture recap of some of the things that have kept us busy recently!

In December we got to go to Oregon for Tommy's little brother LJ wedding. It was a lot of fun to see a new place and be able to spend time with the family right before Christmas. We are so happy for him and his beautiful wife Brynn. We have loved having her in the family and are excited to get to know her even better!

In October or November we got to go with mom and dad to see Garth Brooks in concert. BEST CONCERT EVER FOR SURE! He is such a good performer and it was so fun to see dad so excited to see one of his favorite singers. I loved knowing every single song he sang thanks to my dad and his love for music!

Loved going to Top Golf with our nieces and Edward and Renelle. It was beautiful weather. Thanks to our wonderful realtor Brad for always hooking us up ad being able to go to Top Golf for FREE!

We have been loving to walk around the temple. We feel so blessed that we live so close to it and can see it as we drive around town and that we can enjoy attending and walking around it regularly. 

Last weekend we got to go to the Rugby Sevens Tournament in Vegas. This is one of our favorite things and we were excited so much of our family got to come with us. We had so much fun. Our sister in law Brynn even designed and made matching MANU Samoa shirts for us to wear. We had a blast!

This Friday night we got to celebrate my cousin Kara's birthday by going to the rodeo. We had such a good time and it was so cute to see how much she enjoyed it. Aunt Sherry came out to visit which was a lot of fun as well. 

Yesterday we got to go to the Aloha festival in AZ. with our cute nieces and sister in law Renelle. We had so much fun just being together. We love living close to them!

Our Gilbert Temple was closed for cleaning so we got a chance to go to the Mesa temple. It helped me reflect how lucky we are to have 2 temples within 20 minutes of our house. We are indeed blessed. I am so grateful we have made it a point to attend the temple each and every month since we have been married. It has def been something that has blessed our life and also blessed our marriage.
