So far behind

I feel that I was doing so good blogging regularly. I have learned something about myself. Sometimes when I am overwhelmed by something I put it off and keep putting it off. It is a bad habit. This week was incredible. Tommy and I have made it a goal to read the scriptures together every morning. It is amazing how this has helped us throughout the day, during the week, and as a couple. We feel closer to one another and we also feel closer to God.

Today at church we had a really great testimony meeting. The spirit was really strong. I love how the words others say can really help us and strengthen us in our lives. Caitlin gets home from her mission in 5 short days and I can not wait. I am beyond excited. I am so proud of the person she has become and the way she has grown. I can not wait to hug her. I was very emotional today as I read her letter and reflected on my mission as well. The things you learn on a mission are incredible and can not be described in words. I think each person grows and changes in a different way. It has been one of the greatest things I have done in my whole life.
